Returning An EliteVocab Product

We are all about giving you the assurance that you have made a great decision trying EliteVocab!

That's why we have a 7-day no-questions-asked full money-back guarantee.

Although we're sorry to see you leave the EliteVocab community, we understand that you may need to return your EliteVocab product.

Please note that EliteVocab's return policy only applies to products purchased directly from EliteVocab via www.elitevocab.com or any other site directly associated with EliteVocab Academy.

In addition, refund requests during these seven days will be honored, providing that you have not completed more than 25% of any course. For enterprise accounts, this applies to any user under the plan. 

Suppose you purchased your product from an EliteVocab authorized retailer (such as Barnes and Noble, Amazon.com, etc.). In that case, you must contact the retailer directly, and the retailer's policies and terms govern the return.

All discounted pricing, including promo codes or last-minute offers at checkout, are deemed final sales and non-refundable.

NOTE: This return policy does not apply to any instant downloads that can be purchased besides your courses.


Return Instructions

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within seven days of making payment and establishing your EliteVocab account.
Contact our Customer Support Team at support@elitevocab.com, and request a refund (make sure the subject line of the email says “Refund Request” and that you include your order number in your message)
Our Customer Support Team will process your refund within two business days, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once completed.
Depending on your bank’s or credit card company’s processing time, the refund can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
 
 
Payment & Monthly Plans

Some of our courses offer a payment or monthly plan at checkout.

With payment and monthly plans, we only allow CANCELLATION of future payments, which means you will not be refunded for payments already made. This is to prevent abuse of the plan as full access is given from the first payment.

If a payment is not successfully authorized due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend or terminate your account until applicable changes have occurred.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so easily with the click of a button.

Your emailed receipts contain a button labeled ‘View Your Customer Hub,’ which, when clicked, directs you to a dashboard that enables you to Cancel any plan or subscription.
